About Settler, Published at The Lake Magazine
There is something magical about water. The way it moves, the way it feels, and the way it sounds create a living poetic experience. Settler is a poem that seeks to honor the flow of water with its rhythm and acknowledge the importance of water with its narrative.
Curiously, Settler is one of the only poems I have had published at multiple magazines. This poem also appears in Issue III: Hestia: Hearth & Home from Free Verse Revolution and is forthcoming at a journal later this winter.
